We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada on all order of 40$ or more. For orders under the 40$ mark, a flat fee of $6.95 will be added to your purchase.
All our orders ship from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada or New York, USA.
Orders from the United States are shipped via FEDEX Ground. Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as orders to P.O. Boxes will be shipped with USPS and might be subject to a delay of 1-3 business days. Orders from Canada are shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is between 3-6 business days.
Expedited Shipping is available for an additional $16.95. For the Expedited service to the United States, the estimated FEDEX Express delivery time is between 1-2 business days. For expedited shipping to Canada, the estimated Canada Post Express delivery time is 1-3 business days.
International orders are available and shipped via Fedex International, Canada Post, or USPS depending on the shipment country. All international orders are subject to a $44.95 flat fee that will be added on the order. Free shipping will be applied on orders of $250 or more.
All orders received before 1:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Warranty & Return Policy
1 Year Warranty
A full year warranty entitles you to return any defective product for an exchange with a brand new product within the 12 months following the purchase. Customers must send back the package with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We do not exchange any items that are returned back to us without a valid RMA number. To obtain a RMA number, simply ask for it at email@example.com and we will get back to you with it via email in the following 24 hours. Before returning a product, note that the warranty does not cover any physical or water damage.
NOTE: During the Holiday Season, we will accept returns until January 4th.
If your are not 100% satisfied, Stark VR Pro will accept merchandise for return only if it was purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving the item. Customers must send back the package with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We do not refund products that are returned back to us without the RMA number. To obtain a RMA number, simply ask for it at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a RMA number via email in the next 24 hours. Before returning a product, keep in mind that:
Return shipping fee has to be paid by the customer.
We do not refund shipping cost.
We recommend that you use a tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost packages.
The merchandise must be in its original packaging.
Return with a valid RMA number provided by Stark VR Pro.
All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee that will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued within 48 hours after receiving the product though the same payment method used at purchase. Once the refund is completed, a receipt will be sent to you via e-mail.
Note: If the product is returned because of an error on our end, we will refund it or exchange it free of charge without holding back any restocking fee.
We usually ship out orders within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within that same time frame. However, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible due to our automated fulfillment system. Once your order is dispatched to our warehouse for packing, or if it has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to return your order subsequently you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
